Dear Sir/Madam I am writing to congratulate you on your excellent service. My husband and I have recently returned from India and part of the tour was organised by yourselves. The whole experience was a very pleasant one and we have nothing but praise for your staff. All the hotels we stayed at were excellent. We were met a Cochi airport by Prishant and Rince and our driver Thomas, despite the fact that our flight from Bangalore had been delayed for two hours and we were unable to contact them and let them know! They really looked after us and when our train to Goa was delayed for almost 12 hours , they found us a hotel for the night in Cochi ( at a preferential rate) and our driver, Thomas, collected us at 6.30 am to take us to the station where we were met by Rince, who stayed with us until we were safely on the train. They really made things as easy as they could for us and were very pleasant and helpful at all times. We would heartily recommend your company to our friends and family should they visit India in the future. Also, Thomas was very helpful and took great care of us. He was always happy to let us set our own pace and showed us the sights. Thank you again for looking after us so well.

Hi George,

My wife and I got married in Cochin in May 2009. We had about 30 friends and family traveling to our wedding from the US, Canada, and the UK and we wanted to show them around the beautiful state of Kerala. For this we enlisted the help of Kerala Voyages (KV). We worked directly with George Scaria at KV who used his excellent knowledge of Kerala and its attractions to help us craft an itinerary that would show our guests all the different sides of Kerala while taking care that it not be too exhausting. He helped us tweak and refine the itinerary in various steps to get the most out of the short time that people had available in India. Every detail of the trip - the mode of transportation, the hotels to stay at, the restaurants where we ate meals, the places we visited, etc was considered and planned with care and was tailored to the the likes of our group.

The tour was very well executed. The professionalism of the folks at KV and the attention to detail that had gone into the planning and co-ordination of the tour was evident in how smoothly the week-long tour with 30 people went (which is not an easy thing to do in India). The itinerary started with Thrissur Pooram, followed by a couple of days in Munnar, followed by a night on a houseboat in Alleppey, and ending with a stay at the amazing Marari Beach Resort near Alleppey. Our guests simply loved every part of the trip - but especially Munnar and the house boat. And they loved every aspect of it - the hotels we stayed in, the sights we saw, the food we ate, and the way everything was organized. Our drivers (who were also our tour guides) were very professional and knowledgeable while at the same time being very warm and friendly with the group. Everyone loved them and they made the trip more fun. The little touches that KV added - special welcomes at some of the hotels we stayed at, complimentary honeymoon suite upgrades at some of the hotels, little parting gifts for everyone, etc - made the trip even more memorable.

Over and above the needs of the group tour, George and the guys at KV also helped us with logistics on our wedding day - arranging excellent pre-tour accommodation for our guests at the incredible Brunton Boatyard hotel (in Fort Kochi) with special negotiated rates, and arranging transportation for our guests from the hotel to the wedding/reception venues (which was executed perfectly on the day of the wedding).

Overall, our wedding was a wonderful and memorable experience for us (of course) and our friends and family, and a good part of that is because of the wonderful trip we had organised by Kerala Voyages. Many of our friends want to come back and visit for a longer period of time because of the great experience they had. I would highly recommend Kerala Voyages for anyone considering a tour in Kerala or South India.

The backwater cruise is a must on any itinerary in this area.A superb trip though quick and short-But makes you want to come back again & again.

My husband and I return home from our cruise on Sunday and this is the first opportunity I have had to write to thank you for our wonderful Backwaters Tour in Cochin. We had a marvellous day and it was something that we could never had achieved on our own. The cruise line provided a tour with a similar name but was, in fact, a totally different experience. We felt that we had experienced something of the real India and we will always remember the day.

I apologize for not writing to you sooner; we have been away from home and just haven’t found the time.We had an wonderful time in Cochin. Both you and Peter were excellent and made a real effort to show us the real Kerala as did everyone we met on the tour. Everything went very smoothly and I could not fault anything.
